Kangana Ranaut arrives at new Parliament building, supports Women's Reservation Bill

Kangana Ranaut was spotted today outside the new Parliament House on Tuesday. The actress was reportedly there to attend the special session to be held today, as a special invitee. Members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha met for a special session today at the new Parliament House.

Kangana to make a statement after ‘the announcement’ 

Kangana Ranaut was accompanied by actress Esha Gupta at the new Parliament building. While making her way to the new parliament house, Kangana was asked to comment about her presence there by the paparazzi. However, her manager spoke on her behalf, stating that the Queen actress would be offering her statement only after an House proceedings.
 

Later, Kangana said, "This is a wonderful idea, this is all because of our honourable PM Modi and this govt and his (PM Modi) thoughtfulness towards the upliftment of women."

Kangana supports Women’s Reservation Bill earlier

Earlier, Kangana Ranaut had lent support to the women’s reservation bill. The actress wrote, “We are all witnessing the beginning of a new age… our time has come.” She additionally elaborated in her post on how this will bring a good time for girls and women of every age, adding, "Welcome to the new world. Welcome to the Bharat of our dreams.”

The new parliament house was inaugurated on May 28, 2023. Earlier today, PM Narendra Modi walked on foot from the old Parliament House, heading towards the new Parliament House.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for her next film Chandramukhi 2 which is slated to release on September 28. Additionally, she will also be seen in Tejas, later this year.
