Kangana Ranaut finds it difficult to learn Tamil for her next project 'Thalaivi'?

Kangana Ranaut is known to portray versatile roles in her films. The Queen actor has essayed both funny and serious characters through her films and is all set to take on another challenge for her next film Thalaivi. The film will be a biopic on late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Jayalalitha. The film is reportedly being shot in two languages; Tamil and Hindi respectively. While speaking to a news daily, Kangana shared that she is finding it difficult to learn Tamil.
Kangana Ranaut's thoughts on learning Tamil
Kangana stated that when the film was offered to her, she thought of learning the Tamil language in its entirety, like she learned English. But she found the language to be a tough one and couldn't crack it. Kangana added that she will be mugging up her dialogues and will only learn Tamil as per the demands of the script. Kangana had announced that she has commenced the shooting for Thalaivi through a post on social media.
Thalaivi shoot kickstarts
Kangana has been reportedly prepping for the role for a month now, learning Tamil and the Bharatnatyam dance form. Thalaivi is directed by AL Vijay who has directed successful Tamil films like Kireedam, Anna and Vanamagan. Vijayendra Prasad will be helming the music of the film with Brinda Prasad producing the project. Thalaivi is scheduled to release in 2020.
