Kangana Ranaut Gifts Herself Swanky New Range Rover Worth ₹3 Crore After Selling Her Mumbai Bungalow

Kangana Ranaut has been in the news lately after the release of her solo directorial, Emergency, was stalled due to CBFC certification. This came amid the actress sold her Pali Hill bungalow in Mumbai for ₹32 crore. However, all these things aren’t keeping her from enjoying her life. The actress has welcomed a new member to her garage and it's a luxurious new Range Rover.

On Sunday, the official Instagram account of Land Rover Modi Motors shared a series of photos that feature Kangana posing with his luxurious car. The album also includes her photo with nephew Ashwatthama, holding aarti ki thali seemingly performing puja in the car.

Kangana Ranaut sold her Mumbai bungalow for ₹32 Crore

As per reports, Kangana had purchased the bungalow for ₹20 crore years ago. Reports suggest that she also took out a loan from ICICI Bank against the property in 2022. The transaction was registered on September 5, 2024, and involved a stamp duty of ₹1.92 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

This property of Kangana Ranaut gained attention in 2020 when it was demolished by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). This occurred after Kangana Ranaut publicly criticised then Maharastra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and was also engaged in a dispute with a Shiv Sena MP in connection to actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Meanwhile, Kangana is awaiting the release of Emergency, based on former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
