Eating local food and portion control is something that I follow," said Kareena during live session. She also referred to fact that she consumes food which is local to city or place where she is on a holiday or for a shoot. Eating local food can assure good health and prevent weight gain even when you are travelling. Make sure you follow portion control all time. In live session, Kareena also revealed that couple swears by rice and does t skip it. actor added that besides following a disciplined diet, she exercises regularly and sleeps on time.
