- EAT GHEE: In a livestream, she said it’s important to have ghee before, during, and after pregnancy. Not just for the mother but also for the baby. After her pregnancy, she took up weight loss as a challenge and worked smarter to see herself back in shape. Her nutritionist, Rujuta Diwekar, said, “Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, lubrication of joints, glowing skin, good fat for weight loss are some of the benefits of ghee.”
- EXERCISE REGULARLY: Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases. Kareena Kapoor says it is very important to exercise regularly to lose the post-pregnancy weight. She has always hit the gym and maintained a perfect body. During her pregnancy, she started with yoga. Losing weight after pregnancy can be a task. But some efforts can take you to being a healthy, confident mom.
- NO CRASH DIETING: She says a big "NO" to crash dieting. A crash diet may help you lose those extra pounds for that week but the results are generally short-lived and can have a negative impact on your body and mind. Kareena took one year to get back to shape. She followed a good diet with regular exercise and got her desired shape back.
- STICK TO THE REGIME: After her pregnancy, she stuck to her fitness regime and she was always regular. It is very important to be focused and know where you want to reach. Be regular and be disciplined in what you do and you will reach your goals. If Kareena wouldn’t have been stuck to her regime and been focused, she would not have lost weight. So, stay calm and disciplined and get your shape back.
- NO JUNK: You can eat hundreds of calories when you are snacking while watching TV. It is sure that you can have a great time having pizza and watching FRIENDS, but those can stop us from losing weight. Craving for junk food can ruin your diet plan, which leads to weight gain. To make sure you can enjoy pizza once in a while when watching FRIENDS, start eating on time and do not skip any meals.
