Karwa Chauth Celebrations Begin At Anil's Residence: Mira Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty Arrive For Sargi

Karwa Chauth 2024: Anil and Sunita Kapoor hosted the annual Karwa Chauth celebrations at their residence. Bollywood star wives arrived dressed in hues of red with their sargi thali to mark the end of day-long fasting. Among those in attendance were Shilpa Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Mira Kapoor, Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Panday, Akanksha Malhotra, Geeta Basra, Krishika Lulla, Varun Dhawan's mother Laali and Jaanvi Dhawan and Babita Kapoor, all dressed in hues of love.

Karwa Chauth celebrations begin at Anil Kapoor's residence

Anil Kapoor posed for the paparazzi before Karwa Chauth celebrations at his residence. He was dressed in an all-black look, comprising of a dapper shirt and trousers. Also spotted was Shilpa Shetty in a red lehenga, which she teamed with a golden blouse. Mira Kapoor looked stunning in a red saree with an embroidered blouse. She completed her look with a potli bag as she gracefully posed for the paparazzi.

Cricketer Harbhajan Singh's wife Geeta Basra opted for a red saree. Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives stars Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Panday arrived together, dressed in ethnic outfits and looking graceful. Raveena Tandon opted for a white salwar kurta with a red dupatta and matching prints.

More celebs arrive for Karwa Chauth celebrations

On Karwa Chauth, from sunrise to moonrise, wives keep a fast for the safety of their husbands. The festival falls on the fourth day of the dark fortnight in the Kartika month every year.  

Others who were present at Anil Kapoor's residence for the annual fast were filmmaker Rohit Dhawan's wife Jaanvi, who was accompanied by her mother-in-law Laali Dhawan. Krishika Lulla, Babita Kapoor and Akanksha Malhotra also arrived in style for the celebrations.
