Katrina Kaif’s daily workout routine was reportedly revealed by her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. daily Katrina Kaif fitness routine consists of TRC, plyometrics, Pilates, cardio, functional training and. cardio and Pilates are vital in developing her perfect abs. According to Karachiwala, Katrina h to work out both at gym and home, to maintain her fitness. Even after her busy schedule, she manages to gym at least thrice a week. Katrina also practises yoga, she is a strong believer in meditating to stay fit. Here's fitness regime as revealed in various reports.

Her fitness regime

  • Every morning she hes out for a jog or a run without fail. It helps burn excess calories and keeps her body active.
  • When she goes to gym, she does core and abs exercises that include cycling, weight training running and planking.
  • She also uses Bosu Ball, Kettlebells, Medicine Ball, Power Plate, Swiss balls and TRX.
  • Katrina loves swimming. It is a good way to spend time and helps strengn her muscles and keep her fit.

Diet Plan

actor knows that food plays an essential role in fitness and her diet plan reflects that. Various media reports suggest that Katrina’s everyday diet includes complex carbs, healthy balance of protein, fibre and healthy fats. It includes smaller and regular meals for entire day. Below is reportedly her diet plan on daily bases.

  • Morning - She drinks a minimum of just after she wakes up she drinks a minimum of four glasses of water. This hydrates and cleanses her body.
  • Breakfast -  Katrina chooses between oatmeal and cereals. She also has a glass of fresh pomegranate juice along with egg whites.
  • Lunch - Katrina likes to have boiled rice along with vegetables and pulses. She also has a healthy green sal. On or days, she haves brown bre and grilled fish with a bit of butter at times.
  • Evening Snacks - She has peanut butter with some brown bre or a regular sandwich.
  • Dinner - Katrina has a good amount of vegetables that are me without a drop of oil. It also includes dal, chapattis, vegetable soup and green sal. At times she also has egg white.
