Katrina Kaif to play a cop in Aanand L Rai's next Bollywood movie?

Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif may be teaming up again with Aanand L Rai and Shah Rukh Khan for another film after 2018 release Zero. According to reports, the actor has been finalised as the female lead in the next Aanand’s directorial called Miss and Mrs Cops. The Bang Bang actor was last seen in Bharat opposite Salman Khan and the movie was super-hit at the box office.

Katrina Kaif, to reunite with Aanand L Rai for her next?

After her last pairing with Aanand L Rai in Zero, Katrina has a new film in her pocket. If the reports are to be believed, she has been roped in for SRK and Aanand’s next flick. Though nothing much is revealed about the project, rumour mills are abuzz that it will be an official remake of a Korean film called Miss and Mrs Cops. Kaif will be playing the role of Cop along with another actor.

The makers are yet to decide the other actor, but as per reports, Vidya Balan will be playing the role of another cop in the film. The original Korean film was released earlier this year to a good response in South Korea. The film will be produced by Shah Rukh Khan who will also have a cameo or a narrator role in the movie. While nothing has been confirmed till now, we have our fingers crossed that this turns out to be true.

The upcoming movie of Katrina Kaif

Katrina Kaif will be next seen in Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar. Produced by Karan Johar and directed by Rohit Shetty, the film is slated to release on March 27, 2020. The actor is currently shooting in Hyderabad for the film. She surely knows how to keep the audience on their toes and shared a post from the sets of the film. Katrina shared a photo of a name badge with Veer Sooryavanshi written on it.

From the post, it seems like Akshay's character in the film is called Veer Sooryavanshi. This is the first time that Akshay has collaborated with Rohit Shetty for a project. In March, the makers of the film shared the first look of the film and it also features Gulshan Grover, Sikander Kher, and others in pivotal roles.
