Kiccha Sudeep's filmography and his work in the upcoming Dabangg 3

Kiccha Sudeep is an Indian film actor, director, producer, screenwriter, and singer. Sudeep primarily works in Kannada movies. He has also worked in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam films. He is also the recipient of various awards. Sudeep has won the Filmfare award for Best Actor for three consecutive years. This was for his movies Huchcha, Nandhi and Swathi Muthu. Sudeep is also fluent in many languages. The actor is making his next Bollywood appearance in the upcoming Dabangg 3, which is set to release on December 2019.

Sudeep's career in the film industry

Sudeep began his career in 1997's Thayyava. The actor then played a minor supporting role in Prathyartha, which was directed by Sunil Kumar Desai. He also played a lead role in Sunil Kumar Desai’s Sparsha. In 2008, he made his Bollywood debut in Ram Gopal Varma’s Phoonk. Since then, the South Indian actor has appeared in several of Ram Gopal Varma’s films like Rann, Phoonk 2 and Rakta Charitra. The actor has also directed movies like Maanikya, Kempe Gowda, and My Autograph.

In Telugu cinema, Sudeep made his debut in S. S. Rajamouli's Eega. The movie is a fantasy thriller in which he played the role of an industrialist who falls in love with an NGO worker and kills her alleged lover who then haunts him in the form of a housefly. Sudeep has always portrayed distinctive roles in storylines which are quite gripping. The actor also worked in television. He was roped in to play the main host of the reality show Pyate Hudgeer-Halli Lifu, aired on Suvarna, which was a great success.

Current ventures of Sudeep

Besides working in several movies, Sudeep is also gifted with a beautiful voice. The actor frequently sings for his screen roles. He has presently been roped in to play the villain in Prabhudeva’s Dabangg 3. The movie is set to release some time around December 2019. This action flick is the third installment in the Dabangg franchise. It is one of the most anticipated movies of 2019 and stars Salman Khan in the lead role.
