After much anticipation, the trailer of Navdeep Singh's upcoming film, 'Laal Kaptaan' is finally here! The one minute, twenty-three-second trailer, starts with the actor's voiceover, talking about the game of life and death. Referring to the God of Death, Yamraj, Khan says, “Aadmi ke paeda hote hi, kaal apne bhaise pe chal padta hai...use baapis libane (As soon as man is born, death mounts his ox and begins a journey to bring the man back),”

Laal Kaptaan trailer: 

Describing frame to frame, Saif Ali Khan in a deadly new avatar can be seen dragging a dead man behind his horse through a town. Meanwhile, Sonakshi Sinha's voice too can be heard , where she speaks about what the world sees him as, as a man who sticks to his prey and does not leave until and unless he is dead.

Saif Ali Khan plays a Naga Sadhu

Eros International and Colour Yellow Productions will produce the film. It was initially scheduled to release on October 11, but then it was shifted to October 18, 2019. After the success of Sacred Games, the Pataudi prince has returned to Bollywood with a bag full of upcoming movies. The actor will be seen in movies like Jawaani Jaaneman, Tantrik, Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior and Bhoot Police.

About the film: 

Saif Ali Khan-fronted epic action-drama 'Laal Kaptaan' is set to hit the big screens soon. The film, produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Productions, will feature Saif in the role of a Naga Sadhu out on a journey is ridden with drama, revenge, and deceit. "Saif is a gifted actor and this script allows him to showcase his talent like never before. 'Laal Kaptaan' boasts of a larger-than-life landscape, dramatic characters and a gripping story that makes it a first of its kind," Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International said in a statement.

The 'NH10' helmer Navdeep Singh has directed the movie and Rai said he has full faith in the story. 'Laal Kaptaan' is that kind of film that is definitely going to generate a genre and narrative style of its own," he added.
