Learn the Ek Toh Kam Zindagani Hook Step
Firstly, one needs to stand in a half-sitting position with the legs stretched apart. This step is important if one wants to master the hook step. This is called the ‘stick and roll step’. They need to twist their leg towards the inside and the hand movement to accompany it must look like as if they are trying to pull a stick. The hand and leg coordination is important for the step.
