Liam Payne, former One Direction singer whose fan base transformed from teenagers to individuals who like to party and chill, recently spoke to an international magazine regarding his career, health, relationships, and fatherhood. When it comes to Liam Payne, one can say that his steely detachment from life gives him the persona of an unsettling yet mature character. The singer has seen a great deal in life and has always managed to deal with difficult situations.
Liam on anxiety, fatherhood, and success
Speaking to the magazine, Liam Payne reminisced about his One Direction days, a period which helped him learn about relationships and success. The singer, despite facing difficulties like drinking problems, therapy, fatherhood, and anxiety came out as a person who would hand over his heart for the greater good. Speaking on his upcoming album, Liam said that it is hard to acquire traction. He also spoke highly of his former band member Harry Styles and said that he has found his music style and it takes time for every artist to get on their feet. Towards the end of One Direction, the boys were developing their own tastes.
The singer also mentioned that he went to therapy a couple of years after leaving the band. Liam said that he went off the rails and induced multiple problems upon himself. He couldn’t figure out why he was so melancholic. It was a strange course but the singer managed to bounce back. However, before going in for the underwear campaign with Hugo Boss, Liam hit the gym as he had never done before. The actor when through a lot of training.
Liam also praised Zayn Malik. He said that Zayn is a truly amazing talent. Like himself, Zayn also went through a rough patch dealing with anxiety. Liam is currently working on his album. The singer says that there’s a need for touch-ups and reconfiguration. The album is expected to release in a few months from now. Nevertheless, the singer is not afraid of success and embraces it rather than shying away from it.
