Manoj Bajpayee reveals not having dinner for 14 years, explains why he follows this lifestyle

Maj Bajpayee follows a healthy diet and hasn't eaten dinner in 14 years. In a recent interview, actor was asked if he has a special diet and if he exercises to get his abs. Responding to question, actor explained why he stopped eating dinners and stressed importance of exercise in his life.

What did Maj Bajpayee say about his diet?

Maj Bajpayee shared in an interview with Jist that "Food is biggest enemy when it comes to weight and illnesses. When you stop eating dinner, re are many illnesses that you save yourself from. I reduced my intake of food because I like food. You will wonder why? Because lunch that I have, that’s great. I have rice, roti and my favourite vegetarian or n-vegetarian dish with it."

Maj furr ded, "I do yoga, meditation. Your mental health is just as important, abs aren’t only important thing. If I decide that I want abs, n I will get re, but that’s t what I want. Because I want to do things like Joram, Bandaa, Gulmohar, Killer Soup, and just by making abs, I can’t do all of those roles."

Maj Bajpayee discusses Joram's box office

While film is about to complete a month in ater, Maj Bajpayee in an interview with Jist, discussed box office performance of film and said while gesturing at audience, "Inmein se kisi ne nahi dekhi hogi ( one here must have watched Joram)." He furr ded, "I am telling you, it is a possibility. We h purposely released Joram in very few atres because we wanted to gauge if audiences' brain work same way as we think, or if y only want to watch or kind of films."

Joram, directed by Devashish Makhija, revolves around a desperate man and his infant daughter fleeing a system that wants m crushed at any cost. film also stars Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Smita Tambe, and Tannishtha Chatterjee in important roles.
