Sung by Jubin Nautiyal, the song is a romantic number which narrates an emotional love story. Penned by Kunaal Verma, the romantic melody is considered as a mixture of all the ingredients which perfects a song. Composed by Payal Dev, the soulful number features Tara Sutaria and Sidharth Malhotra. In an interview to a leading daily, Milap Zaveri revealed that Tum hi Aana song is the soul of the movie as it successfully manages to express every necessary emotion and resonates with people who are in love. The director shared that Bhushan Kumar, the producer of the movie, suggested the makers to add sublimity to the film with the song. Milap Zaveri added that the soulful number was used many times to describe various emotions in the film.
