Motichoor Chaknachoor's makers release its first song 'Crazy Lagdi'

After leaving the audience in awe with his amazing acting skills in popular Indian web series Sacred Games, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be seen next in a comedy-drama film. His upcoming Bollywood film Motichoor Chaknachoor’s trailer was released recently. Directed by Debamitra Biswal, the film also stars Athiya Shetty and Sanjeev Vatsa in lead role. The makers of Motichoor Chaknachoor have released its first song Crazy Lagdi on October 17, 2019. The film is set to release on November 15 this year.

Titled Crazy Lagdi, the song portrays Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s attempts to grab the attention of Athiya Shetty so that she also reciprocates his feelings for her. The songs show how madly Nawaz is in love with Shetty. He cannot take his eyes off her and tries his best to impress her but ends up in vain. However, their crazy, cute, and funny chemistry has made the audience more curious about the film. The trailer of Motichoor Chaknachoor tells the story of a 36-year-old man who is desperately looking for a wife. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is playing Pushpinder Tyagi whereas Athiya Shetty will be seen as Annie. In the film, Athiya (Annie) wants to marry only an NRI. The two meet and agree to tie the knot with each other. Pushpinder has just returned from Dubai having lost his job, something he conveniently does not tell Annie before marriage. Families get involved, and a series of comedies begin. Talking about the latest poster of the film, the Sacred Games actor seems content after getting married, Athiya looks eager to travel abroad with her luggage ready. While sharing the trailer of Motichoor Chaknachoor on social media, the Gangs of Wasseypur actor wrote, “Myself Pushpinder... Le de ke ek maudi mil toh gayi, par ab kya hoga?#MotichoorChaknachoor trailer out now”.

Along with the audience, the trailer of the film is being loved by Bollywood celebrities as well. Salman Khan could not stop himself from praising Nawaz and Athiya’s romantic comedy in Motichoor Chaknachoor. Salman Khan took to his Twitter handle to write about it.

On the professional front, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s upcoming projects include Housefull 4, Roam Rome Mein, and Krrish 4. Housefull 4 is a multi-starrer horror-comedy that is slated to release this Diwali. However, Roam Rome Mein and Krrish 4 will be released in 2020. Krrish 4 is the 4th franchise of Hrithik Roshan’s Koi… Mil Gaya (2003).
