Javed Akhtar slams Shekhar Kapur for staking claim on 'Mr India', calls it his 'creation'

Mr India row continues as lyricist and writer Javed Akhtar slammed Shekar Kapur for his 'creative outr' with Mr India Trilogy creators. Ali Abbas Zafar had taken to Twiter to anunce a film by said name. However, reports suggest that film is loosely based on cult-classic Mr India. When news broke out, Shekhar Kapur, director of 1987 film was enrd that one shared or bored to mention remake to him. To this, Javed Akhtar claimed that film is his creation.

Replying to this Javed Akhtar claimed through his Twitter post that film is his creation and back n when he was t credited Shekhar Kapur did t have a problem. According to Javed, script and even title was his creation and he gave it away to Shekhar Kapur. Mr India row is taking an ugly turn as Sonam Kapoor and ors believe that film is being made rar unfairly. Ali Abbas Zafar has however t responded to any of statements.
