Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda recently opened up about battling anxiety and seeking rapy in recent video shared by her Aara Health Foundation which is dedicated to spreing awareness on mental health. video h Navya confessing that it took her a while to realize that she needed rapy. She opened up about her own experiences with her rapy sessions in interaction video.

To this, she said that she finds solace in talking for an hour to someone. She also ded that she visits her rapist mostly during her anxiety attacks which are often triggered due to unkwn reasons. Navya also stated fact that people need to confide and trust to ir rapist about everything y speak.

Navya Naveli Nanda on rapist-client confidentiality

She explained that re is a strong confidentiality bond which rapist cant break when it comes to ir client. She ded that people should realize that ir rapist will never leak ir information to anyone. Talking about her own personal experiences, Navya ded that she has never felt uncomfortable sharing anything with her rapist.

Navya went on to say that she was extremely nervous about opening up in her first rapy session. She compared visiting a rapist to that of visiting a doctor. She explained that people kw why y are visiting a doctor while y may be clueless about why y are visiting a rapist. Navya ded that she found herself comfortable opening up about personal things only after two-three sessions with her rapist.

She also credited her rapy session for making her more self-aware. She confessed that earlier she would t realize why she is getting so anxious. She went on to say that taking rapy me her realize that she was letting many 'outside factors' conjure up things in her mind. Navya also me a revelation that unlike her family, her friends do t kw that she has been taking rapy. She ded that she still gets uncomfortable with telling m upfront about her rapy sessions. Lastly, she also ded that apart from rapy, surrounding herself with her loved ones also me her feel more secure.
