NCW chief claims Mahesh Bhatt skipped summons in IMG Venture case, director denies
NCW chief claimed that Mahesh Bhatt and others had skipped summons in the IMG Ventures row. However, the director has denied receiving any such summons.

Update at 12:44 pm on Friday, August 6: Mahesh Bhatt's legal team has claimed that director has t received any legal tice from National Commission for Women (NCW) in connection with alleged sexual assault and blackmail case related to IMG Venture's promoter, Sunny Verma and his accomplice. Bhatt also stated that he was t associated with IMG Venturer or its promoter or with incident mentioned by NCW chief Rekha Sharma in her tweets.
Rekha Sharma, chairperson of National Commission for Women (NCW), has taken to Twitter and revealed that a tice has been issued to Mahesh Bhatt, Esha Gupta, Rannvijay Singha, Mouni Roy, Prince Narula and Esha Gupta for t appearing for recording statements for a complaint against IMG Ventures' Sunny Verma and his alleged accomplice.
NCW Chairperson revealed through a series of tweets that people who have been issued a tice w were directed to appear before commission. However, personalities 'did t bor to respond r attend' scheduled meeting.

This development comes after Mahesh Bhatt's vocate h refuted all rumours about filmmaker's connection with IMG Ventures. company has been accused of blackmailing and sexually exploiting aspiring models in return for providing modelling opportunities. Amit Naik, legal counsel for Vishesh Films h come forward and stated that allegations against Bhatt have been me without any clarifications and that y will be going ahe and taking legal action against every ncy who has reported same.
