Nick Jonas Celebrates Karwa Chauth With Wife Priyanka Chopra Days After Concert Threat

Karwa Chauth 2024 was celebrated on October 20. Several actresses and wives of actors' observed a fast for the long life of their husbands. Priyanka Chopra, who was in India a few days back, also celebrated the festival. The Fashion fame took to her Instagram account to share photos from her celebration with her husband Nick Jonas.

Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas' 'Filmy' Karwa Chauth Celebration 

On October 20, Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram account to share a series of photos from her Karwa Chauth 2024 celebration. The actress rang in an intimate celebration with just her husband Nick Jonas in London. She shared the photos with the caption, “To all those celebrating.. happy karwa chauth and yes I’m filmy.”  

In the photos, Priyanka could be seen in casual attire which she teamed with a dupatta. The Citadel fame sported sindoor and shared a photo of Nick Jonas feeding her water to break her fast while her mother Madhu Chopra could be seen on a video call. Priyanka also shared a glimpse of her minimal mehendi which adorned Nick Jonas' initials.

Nick Jonas's laser threat at the Prague concert 

On October 16, Nick Jonas along with the Jonas Brothers was performing in Prague when the gig had to be interrupted in between. A clip that went viral on Instagram shows Nick suddenly climbing down the stairs and gesturing to his security guard, probably informing him about the danger.  Soon after he comes down the stairs, he along with his bouncers ran away from the stage. This left the audience puzzled, later it was revealed that a person aimed a laser at the singer leading him to run for his protection. "The Jonas Brothers had to briefly stop their show tonight in Prague when someone in the audience pointed a laser aimed at Nick. The person was removed from the venue and the show continued. I’m glad Nick and the rest of the best is safe," read the caption.

The person, who aimed the laser at Nick, was reportedly removed from the venue, post which the brothers resumed the concert. Soon after the incident Priyanka Chopra landed in India for work-related commitments and assured the paparazzi that her husband was fine. The couple tied the knot in December 2018 and are parents to a daughter- Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
