'Not taking a moment to say goodbye': Sudarsan Pattnaik gives Irrfan Khan a Sandy Tribute

Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Wednesday gave a 'Sandy Tribute' to Actor Irrfan Khan through his sand art at Puri Beach in Odisha.

Rewned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Wednesday gave a 'Sandy Tribute' to Actor Irrfan Khan through his sand art at Puri Beach in Odisha. Taking to Twitter, Pattnaik posted a picture of his sand art where he has drawn actor's face on a sand tombstone and has written "Miss You Irrfan!" next to it. Furr, he has also written "...t taking a moment to say goodbye. RIP".

Irrfan Khan passes away 

Actor Irrfan Khan passed away at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday at of 53. actor, who was diagsed with cancer in 2018, h been mitted for a colon infection on Tuesday. Irrfan Khan's funeral was held at Versova Kabrastan in Mumbai.

“I trust, I have surrendered”; se were some of many words that Irrfan expressed in a heartfelt te he wrote in 2018 opening up about his fight with cancer. And a man of few words and an actor of silent expressions with his deep eyes and his memorable actions on screen. It’s sdening that this day, we have to bring forward news of him passing away. Irrfan was a strong soul, someone who fought till very end and always inspired everyone who came close to him. After having been struck by lightning in 2018 with news of rare cancer, he took life soon after as it came and he fought many battles that came with it. Surrounded by his love, his family for whom he most cared about, he left for heavenly abode, leaving behind truly a legacy of his own. We all pray and hope that he is at peace. And to resonate and part with his words he h said, “As if I was tasting life for first time, magical side of it”.

actor h shot to fame with Mira Nair’s Acemy-minated Salaam Bombay in 1988. He was also table for his work in Hollywood, with roles like in Slumdog Millionaire and more films. He was also kwn for his work in several films like Lunchbox, Piku, Haasil, Hindi Medium, and so on. He h also won National Award for his work in Paan Singh Tomar. Irrfan was last seen in Angrezi Medium,  last major film to release before COVID-19, and earned praises from celebrities after its digital premiere.
