Pyaar ka Punchnama fame has never believed in preaching size zero im and promotes eating healthy and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety actress talked about her diet and fitness routine in an interview.
In interview with a newsncy, Nushrat was quoted saying that being fit has connection with having a size zero body. This constant pressure of time constraints les to skipping meals. She furr busted a common myth that skipping meals will help in losing weight. Dream Girl actress stressed on fact that skipping meals will eventually le to weight gain rar than aid shed those extra pounds. She vised that eating right and observing your body is important to understand its needs.

Nushrat’s personal diet is a high-protein and low-carb diet. She makes sure to drink at least three-four glasses of water on a daily basis and also takes Omega-3 supplements. actress prefers homeme food and avoids eating fried food items to reduce fat build-up. actress was quoted saying that she loves drinking fresh-fruit juices as y facilitate detoxification process for body. Nushrat has a sweet tooth and hence is in a constant battle to reduce her sweet consumption. She revealed that she sometimes gives in to her craving but controls proportion and frequency.
