On November 1, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated Diwali. The actress took to her Instagram account to share photos from the celebration which also featured her mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor, mother Soni Razdan and sister Shaheen Bhatt. However, the couple's toddler Raha stole all the attention of social media users.

The Kapoor family twinned in yellow for the festival of lights. Alia donned a yellow saree which Ranbir complimented by wearing a matching kurta. Their daughter Raha was dressed in a matching co-ord set. She could be seen accompanying her parents for the aarti, which is a typical Diwali tradition. In a candid picture, Raha could be seen seated in Ranbir's lap and making candid expressions as her father cuddles her. Sharing the post, Alia wrote in the caption, “Lights, love, and precious moments💛 Happy Diwali”.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor first met when they started preparing for the film Brahmastra Part 1. The actors co-starred in the film and began dating from there. After years of being in a relationship, they tied the knot in April 2022. The couple, who believes in keeping their personal life away from the public eye, got married in an intimate ceremony on the balcony of their residence - Vastu.

The couple welcomed their daughter Raha in a few months. They embraced parenthood on November 6, 2022. Their daughter Raha will turn 2 in the coming days and the couple is likely to celebrate the day with joy.
