Taking Prime Minister's 'Bharat Ki Laxmi' initiative forward, Bollywood actress Deepika Pukone and bminton star PV Sindhu featured in a video that talks about India's Nari Shakti. Reacting to same, PM Modi on Twitter replied to Sindhu's mess and wrote that 'our ethos has always taught us to strive for women empowerment.' Re his full mess below -

PM's appeal to felicitate women's contribution to nation

Prime Minister Modi also asked netizens to promote cause on social media using hashtag #BharatKiLakshmi as he recalled earlier success of his ‘selfie with daughter’ campaign. "Encouraging Bharat ki Lakshmi means strengning path to success of country and its people," leer said.
