Pooja Hegde turns show stopper for Manish Malhotra

Pooja Hegde is a popular actor who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry, though she did make her come back to Bollywood in the recent blockbuster comedy Housefull 4. The actor is well renowned for her remarkable beauty and was the second runner up at Miss Universe India 2010. Recently, Pooja became the show stopper for designer Manish Malhotra's latest fashion show.

Pooja Hegde becomes show stopper for Manish Malhotra

Many Bollywood stars have worn clothes designed by Manish Malhotra for their public appearances and he is without a doubt one of the biggest names in the Indian fashion industry. He recently conducted a fashion show where the theme was traditional Indian clothing. During the event, Pooja Hegde took on the role of the show stopper. She was seen wearing a traditional Indian lehenga in which she looked absolutely stunning. The lehenga was designed by Manish himself. Pooja's recent and upcoming films

Pooja Hegde recently played a leading role in the popular comedy film Housefull 4. The film featured a stellar cast that included Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja and several more renowned actors. The movie turned a substantial profit at the box office, making around ₹272.33 crores for a budget of around ₹75 crores. 

After Housefull 4, Pooja is set to star in two upcoming films, both of which are in the Telugu language. The first is the action drama Ala Vaikunthapurramloo, which is directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The movie will star Allu Arjun in the lead role and Pooja will play the role of the female lead. The film is set to release on January 12, 2020.

The second film that Pooja is to feature in, is the Telugu film Jaan. Jaan is only the tentative title for the movie and was announced only recently. Very little information about the film has been revealed, other than the fact that the movie will star Prabhas and Pooja as leads and will be directed by KK Radha Krishna Kumar.
