Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas look royal as they wore Sabyasachi couture for their Indian nuptial, here's all you need to know about their wedding attires

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are now man and wife as they finally exchanged vows in a fairytale wedding celebration at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on December 1 and 2. The international couple got hitched twice- once in Christian wedding style and again in a traditional Hindu ceremony. The couple who have signed a contract with People Magazine released the pictures from the pre-wedding ceremonies but not from their wedding ceremonies yet.

On Tuesday, December 4, People shared the first official pictures from the phenomenal wedding and revealed about their wedding outfits. While for the Christian wedding the international couple chose Ralph Lauren couture, for the Indian wedding the pair donned Sabyasachi ensembles. She was looking regal as she wore a gorgeous hand-embroider red lehenga. Nick complimented her look donning a golden silk sherwani.

Designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee also confirmed the news as he shared the pictures of the newlyweds in his Instagram. In the post, he revealed that 110 craftsmen worked on the Priyanka's wedding lehenga for 3720 hours to create the masterpiece. Giving out details on the making of their attires, the designer wrote,  "Priyanka Chopra makes for a stunning bride in a custom red Sabyasachi lehenga. Hand-embroidered and hand-cut organza flowers, French knots in silk floss, delicate Siam-red crystals and a layer upon layer of threadwork embroidery creates this piece if impossible couture, 110 embroiders from Calculla, India took 3720 hours to create this modern masterpiece. As an ode to the resplendence of Mughal jewelry, her wedding jewelry was crafted with uncut diamonds, emeralds, and Japanese cultured pearls in 22 karat gold and had delicate tiny stars in uncut diamonds to give a sense of whimsy to an important traditional piece. Nick Jonas wears a hand-quilted silk sherwani with a hand-embroidered chikan dupatta and a chanderi tissue safa. His rose cut kalgi and Syndicate Diamond necklace is from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection."

The extravagant affair hosted around 225 guests including Priyanka and Nick's family who participated actively in the wedding celebrations to make it memorable for the pair.
