Rajkummar Rao recently opened up about his journey to Bollywood. The Stree actor talks about how his entry to Bollywood has not been easy for him. He spoke to a news portal about his struggles from his early days. He said that his struggle started in Delhi, as he hails from Gurgaon. He spoke about how he used to travel in really crowded buses or sometimes he even used to cycle from Gurgaon to Mandi House to do theatre. The actor then had to move to Bombay, and he stayed there for two years. Rajkummar mentioned that he met a lot of people in Bombay and also faced a lot of rejection. Further, he stated that the route to fame was not easy for him.

The actor has achieved a lot of success in the past few years. He is also referred to as a 'hitmaker' by his fans. Rajkummar spoke about his stardom to a media publication. He mentioned that he does not give his stardom a lot of importance. He believes what matters to him is the love that he gets from his fans, which is irreplaceable for him. Rajkummar feels he is just a normal guy who is leading a normal life. To this, he added that he likes to be himself. He also believes that he is just doing his job and nothing else.

Rajkummar Rao was last seen in Made in China, a comedy film directed by Mikhil Musale and produced by Dinesj Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films. The film stars Rajkummar Rao, Mouni Roy, and Boman Irani. The movie was released on October 25, on the occasion of Diwali. Rajkummar will be next seen in his upcoming social drama Turram Khan and also a horror-comedy film Rooh-Afza, both of which are scheduled to release in 2020.
