In an interview with a media publication, Rakul Preet Singh revealed that she kept telling her mor that participants need to wear a bikini for Miss India pant.  actor mentioned that she told her mor that she was t prepared for it. However, Rakul's mor was confident. She said that she will help her prepare for it and wearing a bikini was big deal.

Furr, Rakul Preet Singh ded that a lot of kids do t get ir parents' support but her mom and d were always more comfortable than Rakul herself with idea of her wearing a bikini.  actor furr revealed that when she went for bikini shopping with her mom and d for Miss India, her d kept suggesting vibrant coloured bikinis.
