Ramayana: Ranbir Kapoor's Photos Posing With Fans On The Set Goes Viral

Ranbir Kapoor has been busy with the shooting of his next highly anticipated movie Ramayana in Mumbai. Co-starring Sai Pallavi, Lara Dutta and Sunny Deol, the epic mythological drama is directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The makers are yet to announce the movie officialy, but it has already taken the internet by storm. In the latest update, several photos from the sets are going viral on social media.

A set of three images is going viral on X that features Ranbir with fans, seemingly crew members. In the photos, the Animal actor looks uber cool in a grey sweatshirt paired with a blue cap. He is sporting a clean-shaven look as he is playing the role of lord Ram.

Ranbir has seemingly been training for his role for around three to four hours daily. In an interview with Nikhil Kamath, the actor spilt the beans about his workout routine for the role. When asked about the film, he simply said that its details have not yet been disclosed.

Avengers Endgame stun coordinator brought on board Ramayana

As much as the makers of the movie are trying to keep the filming details under wraps, sources and leaks are finding their way on social media. Earlier an Instagram user - Kishor Kabiya Jain- accidentally revealed the Hollywood stunt coordinator's association with Ramayana. In a 22-week-old video with Notary on Instagram, he wrote, "Sunday morning with Terry Notary who is a loved American actor, stunt co-ordinator/double and movement coach. In the video, Terry himself confirmed that he has been in India for a year and a half and has been working on Ramayana. He added that it is his maiden visit to India and called the experience so far  "It's crazy, it's good". Terry added, “There's no stopping, always going.”

Who is playing Lakshman in Ramayana?

A few weeks ago, Mukesh Chhabra, casting director, appeared at a podcast where he split the beans on the casting process for the titular role of Lakshman. He shared that it was not an easy journey for them as they approached several actors, but they all turned it down. Expressing his satisfaction with the choice, Chhabra added that they auditioned many actors but he is pleased with the actor they have selected, and it will mark his Bollywood debut.

Chhabra didn't take Ravi Dubey's name but the TV actor he is talking about seems similar to Dubey as the actor has been in the TV world for around 18 years. Also, if he stars in Ramayan, then it will mark his Bollywood debut.
