Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone to shoot for their next soon?
It has been reported that Luv Ranjan’s next romantic comedy film will star Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Ajay Devgn. The shooting is said to start soon.

Fans have loved the duo of Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone on the silver screen. Some of their most loved movies include Yeh Jawaani Hai Deeewani and Tamasha. If rumours are to be believed, the two will be seen sharing screen space once again for Luv Ranjan’s next.

Will Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone be seen together again?
A per a report by an online portal, the Pyaar Ka Punchnama director’s next will be a romantic comedy film. It is also reported that both Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will start shooting for the film soon. The report adds that the film will also star Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role. Ranbir and Deepika were recently also seen together in a television commercial.

There have also been rumours that the project has been on hold since a long time due to the #MeToo allegations against the director. However, the report added that the actors gave a nod to the film long ago. The makers have also been reportedly waiting for the reports against Luv Ranjan to cool down before they can go forward with an official announcement of the project. Meanwhile, Luv Ranjan has dismissed the rumours calling the allegations as 'absurd'.

Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. The story is based on the true events of acid attack survivor, Laxmi Agarwal. She also has '83 in her kitty, which is a sports biopic based on the life of former cricketer Kapil Dev. Interestingly, the film will also star Deepika's husband and actor Ranveer Singh.
One the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor is currently shooting for Brahmastra opposite Alia Bhatt. The film is a part of a trilogy series directed by Ayan Mukerji. The much-anticipated film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Gold actor Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
