Ranbir Kapoor: Upcoming movies of the star we are excited to watch
Ranbir Kapoor will be next seen alongside Alia Bhatt in 'Brahmastra'. The movie will also have Mouni Roy in a negative role and Alia will be cast aside Ranbir.

Ranbir Kapoor has made a name for himself in the Hindi film industry as one of the most versatile actors. The actor has played interesting characters throughout his career. Though delivering a string of four box office failures, the actor kept his hold strong. He delivered a super-hit movie Sanju in 2018 and has been shooting for his upcoming movies since. Here are a few of Ranbir Kapoor movies that are either confirmed or speculated.

1) Brahmastra
Brahmastra is a mythological action-adventure film. The movie features Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles. It is being directed by Ayan Mukerji, who previously directed Ranbir in 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'. The film is going to be the first part of a trilogy film series. With a high budget, the film is being produced under Dharma Productions.

2) Shamshera
Shamshera is a very unique project for Ranbir Kapoor. The actor is going to share the screen with Vaani Kapoor for the first time. The film is going to be an action-drama around dacoits. Sanjay Dutt will be playing the antagonist in this movie. Shamshera was supposed to release before Brahmastra but had to be postponed due to production issues. It will release by the end of 2020. 3) Kishore Kumar Biopic
It is being heavily speculated that Anurag Basu is working on a script for the Kishore Kumar Biopic. The director has previously worked with Ranbir on Barfi and Jagga Jasoos. It is rumored that Basu will not go ahead with the film without Ranbir as he is the first and last choice for the role for Anurag Basu. The film is still under pre-production hence much details haven't been yet revealed.
