Randeep Hooda irked by Dia Mirza’s tweet about the killing of a tigress in Pilibhit
Randeep Hooda and Dia Mirza got involved in an argument over the killing of a tigress in Uttar Pradesh’s Pilibhit. The former felt that she made a ‘sweeping accusation’ against the Forest Department.

Randeep Hooda and Dia Mirza got involved in an argument on Twitter over killing of a tigress in Uttar Presh’s Pilibhit. As actress shared a quote from a news story, former felt that she me a ‘sweeping accusation’ against Forest Department. Dia n stated that it was a ‘stark reality’ since foresters need more to handle such situations with rising man-animal conflict. Randeep, however, stated that it was wrong to ‘'make villains’ of Forest Department on hearsay.

Shocking incident:
A video of villrs in Pilibhit hitting a six-year-old tigress with sticks is making helines. As per reports, tigress succumbed to injuries as villrs even attacked Forest Department officials and didn’t allow m to take tigress to hospital. While a First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against villrs, a magisterial inquiry will be conducted on efforts taken by forest officials in situation.
Dia's reaction irks Randeep:
Dia, while reacting to story, only shared quote of former field director of Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, who stated that tigress could’ve been rescued, but forest department’s ‘inability’ to do so in nine hours, reflected ir inability to save wildlife under verse situations.

Randeep felt that Dia h me a ‘sweeping accusation’ against forest department since he was of opinion y are doing good work. He tweeted, “With all due respect I disagree with this sweeping accusation @deespeak Forest dept is capable and doing good work. She was beyond rescue when found as I talked with experts. Even staff got injured in process. It’s forest dept thats keeping our wildlife alive t just NGOs.”
actress n stated that she h merely shared a quote from story and that she too has championed cause of Forest Rangers. “Randeep, please kw that this is a quote from article attached clearly deted by inverted commas. I have always, and will always champion cause of Forest Rangers and officials. y work with very frugal means and are brave, resilient, rakshaks of our lives.”

When he once again asked why he shared particular quote, she replied, “Because this is also a stark reality that confronts us. With human animal conflict on rise our foresters need more to handle se situations. y have been heius attacks me on our foresters as well.”
