An avid nature lover, actor Randeep Hooda who is quite vocal about adverse effects of pollution on environment, recently shared a picture while penning his thoughts on plastic pollution. actor shared picture from airport where he showcased amount of littering that happened due to disposal of plastic waste. actor showcased masks and sanitizers that are given to passengers in a plastic bag which is thrown all around dustbin at airport.

Raising his concerns for increase in COVID-19 side-effect, actor wrote that natural calamity that is hovering over mankind is soon to take over environment. One of users wrote that country has already started witnessing problem of plastic pollution, especially on roads. Ar user suggested to actor that country needs to have “better recycling solutions.” A third user chimed in and wrote that re should be proper disposal of waste. Earlier, actor teamed up with environmentalist and lawyer Afroz Shah, Randeep Hooda, as a self-proclaimed cleaning worker, started cleaning litter across Versova beach in Mumbai. In pictures, shared by actor he can be seen picking litter across beach, collecting plastic bottles, and helping BMC workers and volunteers load man-made garb into truck. This isn’t first time that Randeep Hooda has participated in drive. In 2017, actor volunteered to help clean up Juhu beach following events of Ganesh Visarjan.
