Director Kabir Khan made an interesting revelation about '83 actor Ranveer Singh and said that Singh broke down after shooting the trophy-lifting scene.

Ranveer Singh's upcoming sports drama '83 which is based on India’s historic win at 1983 Cricket World Cup, was wrapped up a couple of days ago. Following same, director Kabir Khan during a recent interview spilled beans about all that went behind scenes. director made an interesting revelation about lead actor Ranveer Singh and said that he broke down after shooting trophy-lifting scene.
Speaking about recreating grand victory, Kabir Khan said that y shot at Lord’s stadium in London for 5 days and while recreating trophy-lifting scene with real World Cup, Ranveer Singh was so overwhelmed that he broke down when he shouted “cut.”

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh, who is kwn for his cheerful nature set dance floor on fire at '83 wrap-up bash. His wife, actress Deepika Padukone, who is also a part of project, was also spotted at event. pair clad in white were seen dancing ir heart out, and ir crackling chemistry has yet again won hearts of fans.

Ranveer Singh's 83 stars Ranveer Singh as India's n captain Kapil Dev. Kabir Khan directorial also features Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Ammy Virk, Chirag Patil, Jiiva and Harrdy Sandhu in lead. Ranveer Singh's wife Deepika Padukone also joined cast of film and she will be essaying role of Kapil's spouse Romi Dev. While this is Ranveer Singh's fourth film with Deepika, film marks ir first on-screen collaboration post ir vember 2018 wedding. '83 is being co-produced by Madhu Mantena, Sajid Nadiadwala and Reliance Entertainment. It is slated to hit screens on April 10, 2020.
