Rapper Badshah Sued By Media Company Over Non-Payment Of Dues
The media company that claimed Badshah hadn't paid them stated all services with respect to the production and promotion of the track Baawla were completed.

Rapper-singer Bshah, who is known for ‘Jugnu’, ‘Saturday Saturday’ and ors, has been sued by a media company in lieu of his failure to honour payment terms agreed upon in a legal agreement.
company claimed that all said services with respect to production as well as promotion of track titled ‘Baawla’ were completed. However, company has levelled allegations that Bshah has failed to clear dues of those involved in making of project.

matter is currently with Karnal District Court with CNR Number HRKR010130502024. case file number is ARB 47/2024. It is also alleged by complainants that y have resorted to legal action after multiple reminders. Despite all positive efforts, Bshah has only given false promises and deferred payment date, but never released a single penny.
‘Baawla’ is an independent track, featuring Bshah and Amit Uchana. song has garnered over 151 Million views on YouTube. It has been released on Bshah’s YouTube channel. All marketing strategies put toger to promote track have cost a lot to makers and marketer of product, which has benefited Bshah in terms of his reputation, goodwill, and brand building.

This is yet anor legal action against Bshah, highlighting his refusal to meet payment obligations.
Last year, Bshah h appeared before Maharashtra Police Cyber Cell for promoting online betting company app 'FairPlay’. At least 40 or celebrities including rapper came under lens of authorities for allegedly promoting FairPlay app.
