Real owner of Sunny Leone's phone number in Arjun Patiala receives barrage of lewd messages, takes makers to court

After Kriti Sanon-Diljit Dosanjh starrer 'Arjun Patiala' released on July 26, Delhi resident Puneet Agarwal, has been going through a mental torture as he has been receiving numerous lewd phone calls and text messages.

The reason is because one of the dialogues in the films where Sunny Leone gives her phone number to Diljit Dosanjh apparently belongs to Puneet Agarwal, a Delhi resident, reports suggest. For those unaware, Sunny Leone has a special number in the film 'Arjun Patiala'.

Reports suggest that Puneet, 27-year-old, has been receiving 100-150 calls everyday where people are requesting him for video calls or sending abuses and obscene texts — all of this because they think it is Sunny Leone's number. While the filmmakers always use a wrong or unused numbers for such scenes but this one used by Arjun Patiala makers belonged to a Delhi resident and that too in working condition.

According to the reports, Puneet has now approached the police and will drag the makers to the court.

Meanwhile, talking about 'Arjun Patiala', the film is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijan under T-Series and Maddock Films. Directed by Rohit Jugraj, "Arjun Patiala" is described as a character-driven comedy with a touch of magic realism and music.

In the film, Kriti plays a journalist, while Diljit is in the title role of a quirky, small town guy. It also features Varun Sharma.
