Just as country was reeling under loss of Irrfan Khan’s demise, in a shocking state of events, actor Rishi Kapoor, d 67, bread his last at HN Reliance Hospital in wee hours of Thursday morning after being admitted re on previous day. actor passed away after a two-year-long battle with cancer and had his wife Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor by his side at time of his tragic death. Kareena Kapoor Khan visited Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor at HNL Reliance hospital and was clicked with her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan. As seen in pictures shared by paparazzi, Kareena Kapoor Khan can be seen wearing a face mask. If reports are to be believed, Rishi’s relatives, Armaan and Adar Jain, too, rushed to hospital as soon as news of legendary actor’s death was confirmed. "Our dear Rishi Kapoor passed away peacefully at 8:45 am IST in hospital today after a two-year battle with leukaemia. doctors and medical staff at hospital said he kept m entertained to last. He remained jovial and determined to live to fullest right through two years of treatment across two continents. Family, friends, food and films remained his focus and everyone who met him during this time was amazed at how he did t let his illness get better of him. He was grateful for love of his fans that poured in from world over. In his passing, y would all understand that he would like to be remembered with a smile and t with tears. In this hour of personal loss, we also recognise world is going through a very difficult and troubled time. re are numerous restrictions around movement and garing in public. We would like to request all his fans and well-wishers and friends of family to please respect laws that are in force. He would t have it any or way."
