Rishi Kapoor's ICU video: FWICE protests against HN Reliance hospital, Arjun Kapoor reacts

Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) on Saturday released a legal tice to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and mentioned that staff has unethically and secretly recorded a video of Rishi Kapoor's last dying moments from ICU. Rishi Kapoor was mitted at HN Reliance Hospital and passed away on April 30 after fighting leukemia.

Condemning act, Ashoke Pandit, on his Twitter handle wrote that act is highly condemnable and disgusting breach of privacy of legend. In letter, it is mentioned that video foot shows Rishi Kapoor on hospital bed as a patient with an oxygen mask and in a pitiable state. foot shows an attending nurse with patient in ICU recording in a clandestine manner without permission of patient or his family members.

letter furr mentioned that a similar incident h taken place at time when actor Vid Khanna was being treated at same hospital and a similar video of his dying moments was widely circulated.

letter ended with a request to authorities to initiate an in-depth inquiry and strict action. FWICE has asked hospital to get back to m within 15 days or y shall be forced to take suitable legal action.

Condemning act, Arjun Kapoor too on his Instagram story wrote, " choice to t post something is sometimes as important as to be first to post something. Ims have a lot of power lest we forget. Sometimes humanity and empathy must prevail over being first to embrace use of sly voyeuristic material presented to you. Just sometimes."
