Ronnie Screwvala appeals for correct reporting of box office figures

On October 28, Twitter showed two India trends on . 3 and 4 respectively saying 'Paid Negativity on HF4' and 'Fake Housefull4 Figures'. Popular franchise directed by Farhad Samji starring Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda, Kriti San, Pooja Hedge was released on October 25 and unfortunately received mixed reviews from fans and critics.

On October 29, founder of RSVP Films, Ronnie Screwvala, who has produced films like URI: Surgical Strike, Sky is Pink, Lust Stories and many more hits, took to his Twitter handle to appeal trade analyst Taran Adarsh and Komal Nahta for reporting correct box-office figures. He wrote that it was time that accurate information was provided in order to build credibility that 'movie industry needs so badly'. Minutes later, film exhibitor Akshaye Rathi, film trade analyst Sumit Kadel, Raj Bansal joined in debate and dropped comments on Screwvala's post. Take a look -
