About the film
The movie starts when Chandro’s daughter expresses her interest to try shooting at a range opened near their place. Their father refuses to give them permission, despite this Chandro takes her to the range and tries a few shots herself. She hit a perfect score, appalled by this Yashpal, insists her to try a few shots and notices her talent. Prakashi joins them too and even she turns out to be an expert shooter. Yashpal urges the two sisters to take part in a competition held in Chandigarh, due to their expertise in the field.
The grandmothers recall their system and how they’ve never been allowed to step out of the village, they are slightly hesitant at first but later on somehow come to terms and agree to participate. They manage to fool their husbands and smartly escape and participate in the competition. They win the competition, where Prakashi wins first place while Chandro comes in second place. The story progresses as the two elder sisters go on to win many competitions with ease. Soon enough the Tomar sisters are compelled to reveal their truth to Rattan and what follows next forms the rest of the film.
