Being Cyrus
The movie is a dark comedy film that revolves around a Parsi family, the Sethnas, and how things take a dark turn when Cyrus Mistry comes into their life. The film was helmed by debutant director Homi Adajania and was made differently from the usual Bollywood formula. Even with an outstanding star cast that included Naseeruddin Shah, Boman Irani, and Dimple Kapadia, Saif’s brilliant performance was a standout and received a lot of appreciation.

Released in 2005, the movie had a big star cast of Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Kareena Kapoor, Konkona Sen Sharma, and Bipasha Basu. The movie was an adaptation of Shakespeare's Othello. Saif Ali Khan as deadly villain Langda Tyagi was said to be his career-best performance. His portrayal of the character also won him Filmfare Award for Best Actor in a negative role.
