It comes as no surprise that the transformation of her weight loss is an inspiring change that has inspired everybody with fitness goals. Sara Ali Khan hit the headlines with her weight loss journey from fab to fit. Bollywood’s youngest superstar, Sara Ali Khan is one of the many celebrity transformations that have truly inspired audiences. The actress at 23 came a long way from how she looked during her days in college. Now looking back, she said, “What was I thinking”. 

What Inspired Sara Ali Khan

Sara Ali Khan works out with a mix of functional training, Pilates, boxing and cardio every day. She likes changing workout styles, but she makes sure that she works out every single day for an hour or half.

Sara attributes her wanting to begin working on her body when realisation hit that she led a very unhealthy lifestyle. She said, for her, everything began in New York. She weighed 96 kgs before she graduated, and she just had a year to go before she could realise her ambition as an actress. It took the switch from pizza to salads and lethargy to cardio to bring out the large change in her lives. It has always been a mixture of exercises for Sara, rather than only one style of exercise. Sara tries her hand at everything from Pilates to strength training, cardio, and boot camp training. There were choices of many distinctive kinds of training, but because she was so obese at the start, she used to hit the treadmill, walking, and cycling.

The one element her food regimen always includes is poultry and eggs. She used to follow the Keto diet, which did not work pretty well for her and so she temporarily shifted to ‘eating the same meal everyday’ to lose kilos faster. Having a glass of warm water right after she wakes up is one thing she follows. This practice helps her to detoxify instantly. She pays interest to her pre and post-workout meals. A bowl of muesli, fruits, and oats or even tofu alongside with a protein shake helps her burn those calories.
