 Shahid Kapoor was recently in helines as he was reported to be diagsed with stomach cancer. However, actor recently rubbished all reports and clarified he is completely fit and fine. On Monday, 37-year-old actor tweeted: "Guys I'm totally fine please don't believe random stuff."
