He and his wife, Mira Kapoor, have rented out ir luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious 360 West, Worli. As reported by Square Yards, property features a carpet area of 5,395 sq. ft. (501.21 sq. m) and a built-up area of 6,175.42 sq. ft. (573.78 sq. m). apartment includes three dedicated car parking spaces and offers 4 and 5 BHK rey-to-move-in units.

Earlier this year, Bollywood couple, who live in a duplex on 42nd and 43rd floors of Three Sixty West, bought anor apartment in same luxury tower for ₹59 crore. new property, located on 24th floor, spans 6,176 square feet. y have reportedly leased this apartment, which includes three parking spaces, to Dipan Bhuptani, a senior executive at D'Decor Home Fabrics. lease, registered in November 2024, is set for 60 months (five years) with a security deposit of ₹1.23 crore.

rental agreement follows a tiered structure, beginning at ₹20.5 lakh per month and rising to ₹23.98 lakh by lease's end. Square Yards estimates an average gross rental yield of 4-5%. ditionally, lease includes a rent-free period for first 10 months.
