Shooting for Vidya Balan's much-anticipated venture, based on mathematics genius Shakuntala Devi, has gone on floors. Now, Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra who is all set to take up the role of Shakuntala Devi's daughter Anupama Banerji in the upcoming venture unveiled her look from the film.
Actor Sanya Malhotra on Friday gave fans a glimpse of her much-awaited look from the upcoming film 'Shakuntala Devi - Human-Computer,' which stars Vidya Balan as the maths whiz. In the first look, the actor, who is playing Vidya's on-screen daughter Anupama Banerji, is dressed in a multi-colored track jacket and light blue jeans. The eye-grabbing change in her look is the new hairstyle which is straighter unlike her curly hair with long bangs. In the post, Sanya Malhotra said that she is already in love with her look in the film.

Shakuntala Devi biopic
After winning the hearts of the audience with a spectacular performance in 'Tumhari Sulu', Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is all set to grace the silver screen yet again for Indian mathematician Shakuntala Devi's biopic. The actress will reportedly take up the lead role and will portray the mathematical genius on-screen. The project will be helmed by filmmaker Anu Menon who has previously directed movies such as 'London, Paris, New York' (2012) and 'Waiting' (2016).

As per media reports, the shooting of the flick began on Monday in London. Vidya Balan shared the teaser of the flick which is based on Indian writer and mental calculator, Shakuntala Devi, earlier this month. The teaser amazed the audiences as it gave them a hard time trying to spot a difference between the Vidya's on-screen character and the maths wizard's real self!

'Shakuntala Devi - Human-Computer' is produced by Sony Pictures Network Productions and Vikram Malhotra. The film is slated to hit the theatres during summer 2020.
