Shanaya Kapoor celebrates her birthday with Arjun Kapoor and others

Actor Sanjay Kapoor shared a video of his daughter Shanaya Kapoor's 20th birthday celebration with wife Maheep and son Jahaan Kapoor. Shanaya's cousin brother Arjun Kapoor and sister Rhea Kapoor joined the celebration as well. Ananya Panday was also present for this small midnight birthday bash. Wishing her daughter, mother Maheep also shared a boomerang video on her social media handle. The video features the father-daughter duo, where Shanaya seems to be blowing candles. Captioning the boomerang she wrote, "I am a mama of a 20 year old 🕺🏻❤️🧿🧿🧿 #SoSoProudOfMyGir❤️❤️❤️🧿".

The Mubarakan actor was very excited about his daughter's 20th birthday. Showing off his excitement, he shared a boomerang a day before her birthday. The boomerang video features Shanaya with her parents. The actor captioned, "20 tom ❤️ 🎉🎉 #timeflies @shanayakapoor02". 

The Student Of The Year 2 actor Ananya Panday, who always adored her friend Shanaya, also wished her. She posted a boomerang in her Instagram story for her. Pouring her love for her best friend, Ananya wrote, "my soulmate turns 20".

Reportedly, Shanaya is preparing for her Bollywood debut. Her father Sanjay stated in an interview that she has started attending various acting workshops. Other reports from entertainment and news portals have confirmed that she will work as an assistant director in Janhvi Kapoor's upcoming release Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. A couple of weeks ago, a dancing video of Shanaya went viral in which she was flaunting her belly dancing moves.
