Rang De Basanti
The film starred Sharman Joshi in an ensemble cast consisting of Aamir Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kapoor, R Madhavan and Siddharth. The film's direction by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra was lauded by the critics. The powerful subject of the film also helped the film strike gold at the box office. It reportedly amassed ₹970 million at the box office. Sharman Joshi gave an intense performance as he essayed the role of freedom fighter Shivaram Rajguru as well as a Delhi youth, Sukhi, in the film.
