Shraddha Kapoor gives back-to-back blockbusters
Shraddha Kapoor continues to have a dream run at the box office by giving back to back hit films, Saaho & Chhichhore. She will next be seen in Street Dancer.

The Baaghi actor, Shraddha Kapoor has yet again, delivered two back to back ₹100 cr hits. After her movie, ‘Stree’ became a super hit last year, her latest two movies - released earlier this month - have been a super hit. Shraddha, who is the daughter of veteran actor Shakti Kapoor, has essayed interesting roles in her recent films. While some of her films like Haseena Parkar and Half Girlfriend suffered losses at the box office, her other films such as Baaghi and Haider did pretty well. Others like Ek Villian and Batti Gul Meter Chalu performed decently at the box office.

Shraddha Kapoor gives back to back hits in 2019
Saaho
Pairing up with Bahubali star, Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor featured in the Hindi version of Saaho, directed by Sujeeth. It is the story of how Devraj, played by Prabhas, an underworld boss, goes on to fight rival goons to save his city. The film is considered to be one of the most expensive films of Indian cinema with a budget of ₹350 crore. The film was shot in Hyderabad and many countries abroad. The film was released on August 30, 2019, worldwide and went on to make ₹ 116 cr on the first week itself. The net collection of the film was ₹130cr in India as tweeted by film critic, Taran Adarsh.

Chhichhore
Shraddha Kapoor’s next film Chhichhore, directed by Sajid Nadiadwala, was released on September 06, 2019. Shraddha was cast opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in the movie. Chhichhore is a story of 6 engineering students who go on their separate ways after college but an incident brings them back together. The other cast along with Shraddha Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput include Varun Sharma, Prateik Babbar, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Naveen Polishetty.

As posted by film critic, Taran Adarsh on his social media, the film was made on a budget of ₹ 50 cr and made ₹ 7 cr on the first day itself.
The film became a hit at the box office, collecting ₹ 150 cr in India. She will be next seen in Street Dancer, a dance film, directed by Remo D’Souza. Shraddha Kapoor replaced Katrina Kaif for the film. She will also pair up with her Baaghi co-star Tiger Shroff again, for her next film, Baaghi 3.
