Shraddha Kapoor Opens Up About Her Ideal Partner Amid Rumoured Break Up With Rahul Mody

Shraddha Kapoor has been in the news owing to her recent release Stree 2, co-starring Rajkummar Rao. Not just for her professional life, the actress also made the headlines owing to her alleged breakup with rumoured boyfriend Rahul Mody. She was reported to be dating him for years and even shared a photo posing with him on her Instagram story, seemingly confirming the dating rumours. However, a few days ago, a report claimed that she unfollowed Rahul on Instagram, leading to speculations of a breakup.

Amid all this, Shraddha shared her personal philosophy on relationships and opened up about her ideal partner.

During a press conference in Delhi, Shraddha said that people often make lists about the kind of partner they want. However, the actress is a little different because she makes a list of what kind of partner she wants to be and what kind of qualities she wants to have.  "I want to be the best kind of partner because I truly believe in a fairytale kind of romance and I want to be the best partner for my partner," Shraddha added.

The duo sparked dating rumours after reportedly meeting on the sets of Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar. Rahul Mody is a well-known Bollywood writer and has worked in films like Tu Jhooti Mein Makkaar, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety among others. They were snapped a couple of times together, including at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar in March this year.

She has also dropped another photo late at night directly stating that Rahul Mody is the main reason why she isn’t able to sleep at this hour. The text on the post read, “Dil rakh le, neend too vaapis de de yaar. @rahulmody and used the song in the background Neend Churaai Meri from the movie Ishq to express her feelings.

While Shraddha has unfollowed Rahul, the latter continues to follow the actress on Instagram.
