Shreyas Talpade is one of the most versatile actors of the Hindi and Marathi film industry equally. He recently announced his second directorial venture SarCar Ki Seva Mein. It is said that SarCar Ki Seva Mein is inspired by a real-life incident, which is considered to be a roller-coaster laughter riot journey. The film is said to convey a social message which makes it relevant and topical in contemporary times.

Earlier, Shreyas has worked on Poster Boys with Deol Brothers - Sunny and Bobby. It was his first directorial film. Reportedly, the success of Poster Boys has inspired Shreyas to take up SarCar Ki Seva Mein as his another directorial film. According to reports, the movie is a joint production venture between Hariharan J. Iyer’s ‘Saish Venture Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’ And Raj Bhattacharya’s ‘Aum Sai Raaj Films’. Recently, they launched their new production companies in Mumbai. They made an announcement of their first Bollywood movie SarCar Ki Seva Mein. Reportedly, the film is set in Uttar Pradesh and revolves around real-life issues. Along with directing the film, Shreyas will also act in it. The cast includes Shreyas Talpade, Sudhir Pandey, Shraddha Jaiswal, Anil Charanjeet, Bijendra Kala, Chetna Pandey and Nikhil Mehta. The makers of the film have shared that the film will be shot in a single schedule and that it is shot in real locations. Sources close to the development said, “It's a logistical challenge to shoot most of the film on the streets of small-town India but an honest story like this can't be told in any other way feels Shreyas”.

The first poster of the film was released recently. It features Shreyas Talpade sitting in front of a cab which is called ‘Super Cab’. Although he is dressed in plain-civil clothes, he is seen wearing a police inspector’s cap and is wielding the stick used by cops. The film will go on floor in the first week of November and will release in 2020. It is considered that SarCar Ki Seva Mein will not only strike a chord with moviegoers but also add to the fabulous collection of Shreyas Talpade’s successful Hindi films like Iqbal, Welcome to Sajjanpur and Dor.
