Who is Siddhanth Kapoor?

Bror of Bollywood actor Shrdha Kapoor and son of Shakti Kapoor, Siddhanth kick-started his Bollywood career as an assistant director in several films. He worked with director Priyarshan for 2006 comedy film Bhagam Bhag, 2007 comedy horror drama Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and 2007 comedy film Dhol. Later on, he starred as an actor in various movies.

Career

Siddhanth Kapoor debuted as an actor in Shootout At Wala in 2013. Helmed by Sanjay Gupta, crime film features an ensemble cast of John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Maj Bajpayee and Sonu Sood alongside Siddhanth in prominent roles. Sequel to Shootout series, Shootout At Wala was an aver film according to Box Office India. Later on, actor was a part of Anurag Kashyap’s psychological thriller drama Ugly which stars Ronit Roy, Suvreen Chawla, Tejaswini Kohlapure, Rahul Bhat, Vineet Kumar Singh and Anshika Shrivastava in le roles.

Satte Pe Satta remake

According to a report in a leing daily, it is revealed that director Farah Khan is working on remake of 1982 classic film Satte Pe Satta. Satte Pe Satta featured Amitabh Bachchan in le role, whereas Shakti Kapoor played one of his six on-screen brors in movie. While reports say that superstars Hrithik Roshan will reprise Big B’s role, War actor denied it. Furrmore, Shakti Kapoor expressed his desire of seeing his son Siddhanth as a part of film.

First-time collaboration
